If you’ve hiked or biked the natural surface trails in Devou Park, you know what an incredible asset they are to the park and the surrounding community. But only so much can be done through volunteer efforts. To keep the trails in tip-top shape for the more than 35,000 visits they receive each year, fundraising events and charitable donations are necessary to cover the cost of ongoing trail maintenance and expansion.
Although Devou Park is under the management of the City of Covington, the City does not fund the natural surface trail development, tread maintenance, tools, signs, maps or features such as bridges and culverts. All proceeds from Party in the Park will be invested directly into Devou Park’s natural surface trails, ensuring they continue to benefit the Greater Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky community for decades to come!
